Road to Fitness UK works on the basis of listening to the clients requirements – wants and needs – to help speed sculpt their way to a new healthier and fitter lifestyle! We specialise in a range of activities and training methods to suit your training session. we want to see you hit your results in a prompt and safe manor whilst making it enjoyable at the same time! This is all done from our Woodford PT studio at Woodford wells cricket club or from the comfort of your own home or work place. RICHARD GORDON

Personal Trainer

I have been in the fitness industry for a number of years, expanding my knowledge so it can be passed on to others. I specialise in martial arts – (British & European Champion and World Champion), Sports massage therapy, seated exercises for the elderly, plyometric training (sports specific), Strength and conditioning training and general health and fitness.
I am very passionate about my training and get great satisfaction from helping people achieve their goals! I train clients from the age of 5 – 90+ years.

DAVID HOGG

Personal Trainer

I believe every individual is capable of attaining their optimum physical condition, if made aware of their potential and the steps necessary to achieve that goal. With the 10 years experience working in the fitness industry I have worked with clients from ages 8 – 103 to help them improve their fitness and quality of life.
As a personal trainer I educate my clients about exercise, diet and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

CHRIS KEDDIE

Personal Trainer

I am a personal trainer with 15 years’ experience as a martial artist and 5 years’ experience as an instructor. I have worked with people of varying ages and backgrounds and am prepared to train people regardless of current fitness levels or ability. I can offer the following services.
